Terms of Sale

These terms apply to everything bought in the shop on this site. They are short because the shop is simple: every product is a digital download, nothing is shipped, and every article on the site stays free.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and include VAT. The price on the product page is the price you pay; nothing is added at checkout. Payment runs through PayPal, with a PayPal account or, where PayPal offers it, by card. We never see your card or bank details.

Delivery

Delivery is a download. As soon as PayPal confirms the payment, your download appears on the confirmation page, and the link keeps working, so keep it. Nothing is sent by post, so there are no shipping costs.

Right of withdrawal

For digital content the law gives you fourteen days to withdraw, unless you ask for the download to be available straight away and accept that the right then ends. Before you pay, the product page asks you to confirm exactly that; the box is never ticked for you, and without it you cannot place the order. Once the download has been made available, the purchase cannot be withdrawn.

If the payment went through but no download was made available to you, you keep your right of withdrawal: write to us and you get your money back.

When something is wrong

If a file does not open, is incomplete, or is not what the product page described, write to the address above with your order number (it starts with a K). We fix it or refund you in full — your choice. This does not limit any right you have under consumer law.

Use of the files

The files are for your own personal and classroom use. Please do not resell them or share them publicly. Each file states its own licence; where a dataset is published under an open licence, that licence applies.
